LOL! Now there's a practical idea. We don't need no stinkin' puncture sensors!
Unfortunately, that fuse powers some important computers besides puncture sensors. It appears some safety engineer figured on someone like inkey$ would be about and made it impractical to disable the system. One could remove the warning lamp though, removing the instrument cluster isn't that much harder than accessing the fuse box. But then, I suppose that would trigger the lamp out warning.
I really hate devices that FORCE us to let them to protect us from ourselves. I'm all for safety devices, as long as I can choose when and where to employ them.
