A good, independent BMW specialist. Ideas?

Having had an unfortunate experience with a main dealer :x , I'm on the lookout for recommendations for a knowledgeable and diligent specialist in Herefordshire/Shropshire/Worcestershire.

I have found a few on Google but there are precious little reviews and also most of the ones I found don't appear to be mentioned on this site either; I had a look on the forum regarding dealer comments.

So, if you have one you think will restore my heavily tarnished view of BMW, or alternatively one you think I should avoid like the plague, then please stand up and shout your opinions from the rooftop. Either that or tag a reply onto here.

OK, I can start to narrow it down a bit. I've been reading about Autotech Performance based in Telford. Seems to be almost unanimous praise on the various sites I've seen - including this one although I don't know how I missed it when searching before.

So I'm prepared to give it a try but would love to hear views anyway.
