A few cheeky mods :)

^Triggered by this topic I bought one via Ebay for a few tenners. Expected later this week or early next week. To be installed within the next few days. Following that I will report soon on my experiences on a manual 3.0i (which thus already has a sports button). :wink:

- The sprint booster chip does f**k all for performance
- The sprint booster costs £230, but doesn't improve performance
- The sprint booster feels faster, like a sports mode button, but doesn't improve 0-60 times

It also does f**k all for performance, and doesn't improve 0-60 times, but the extra 'wind-in-the-hair' effect makes the car feel faster...

I always drive with the port button pressed. I know it doesn't make the car faster!! But it dose make it feel responsive and involving like a sports car. I get what your saying Jonny

Picked one up from Ebay for 70 quid last Sunday, installed it today in 5 minutes.

As per above and stating the obvious: does not make it any faster, but driving with a better and adjustable gas response is actually quite fun because it does feel faster. And that's on a 3.0i with sports button.

I'm with Jonny regarding the Sprint Booster ...
