A/C Blower Fan Noise

Hi,

I have a 56 plate 3.0Si Z4 Coupe

The air conditioning blower fan is making what can only be described as a burring noise. The noise becomes more apparent the more you increase the fan speed. Can anyone shine some light on how to get access to the motor and fan blades?

Same here. Hope you get an anwswer. Mine sometimes sounds a bit like a tractor in the distance.

I have the same problem, and i need to figure out how to get access to the motor.

are you sure that it's not just some leaves that have been sucked into the system? I recall having that same issue a few years back. I put the blower on full for five minutes and was finally pelted with a handful of leaves from the dashboard. Issue resolved

I had the same after having the interior filter repaced. The technician bent the filter andd the dealer replaced more carefully a second time (free) no noise now. :headbang:
