Will it fit on the rear?

It's a CSL rep, but sits 10mm further out than oem csls. I don't know how close the genuine CSLs sit to the arch.

My M wheels stick out more than 10mm and they are fine.

EDIT: they will stick out by 18mm not 10mm. Mine stick out by 20mm, so as long as you don't mind the look it should be fine.

The rear alloy on my z4m with genuine csls is basically flush, and extra 10 would sit outsite the arch and most likely rub!!
