4 Years?

I cannot believe 4 years is sufficient punishment for this offence. He'll be out after 18 months.

I think the thing that should be taken into account here is that he left his partner dying in the car, and went home to bed without raising the alarm. To me that's close to manslaughter. The law (in this case) is an ass!
