225 40 18
Sizes recommended for winter by BMW.
Yokohama W.Drive
Bought these for my M last winter. I've raved on about them enough on this forum, but suffice to say they changed the way I view winter tyres. A great deal more grip on all cold temperatures and something truly phenomenal in the snow. I am now a convert.
Took some readings in the garage using my little manual gauge. Have tried to be as accurate as I could be.
Tyre 1: 6.mm/6mm/5mm
Tyre 2: 5mm/5.5mm/6mm
Tyre 3: 7.5/7.5/7
Tyre 4: 7mm/7.8mm/7.8mm
These retail at £680

The pair I'd use on the rear are almost new. Some bits of gravel off my drive in a few of the tread blocks, but no punctures, sidewall damage, etc.
After £375 for these and they will be advertised elsewhere.
Thanks
Matt
