Hi Guys, i have been looking with great interest at posts on another forum concerning engine remapping as this is something i might want to do to my 35i.
However, i am somewhat disappointed not to see any empirical evidence of what spending say $1000 on a new map can do.
I see videos of drivers trying to video the speed vs rpm increase, but this is all subjective.
I run a data logger business and decided to see exactly what a stock 35i will do on a dry track (acceleration)
Below are 2 videos showing that BMW quoted 5.1 is in fact right on the money!
