Yes it is Stanhope !
It's at the fork in the road to Blanchland at the top of the bank.
The photos are only quick iPhone snaps.
Mrs k hasn't driven it much as yet as I wanted to bed it in so there are no excuses later on if it becomes thirsty on engine oil !

Although I didn't buy the car with economy as a priority, it's nice to know that it can get 55mpg (on the obc) and still have a healthy performance capability. It's a lot more nippy than my 3.0 e89 and there's nothing much around that will embarrass its performance. Not at the price!

There might be a set of winter wheels and tyres coming soon, so I think it should be ok in the winter.
 
I think the obc is a very optimistic mpg - I think it should be only considered as a rough guide - it's more for the customers feel good factor !
