Yup, I just debadged my 3.0i, for a few reasons...
1.- Didn't want some little scrote doing it for me, with a screwdriver
2.- Makes the car slightly less likely to get stolen to order if it's not so evident what the engine size is
3.- Easier to clean
4.- I like the look
1 & 2 mostly my knee-jerk paranoid reaction to the window being smashed followed by the GF's wheel trims getting nicked, both on the driveway within a few days of each other.
Though, I'm afraid I'm keeping hold of the badges for a while, just in case I have to give the car back to BMW at the end of my finance in February (self employed, last year taught me not to be complacent about money always coming in!).
and De Badge instead keep it clean
