I have a 2003 Z4 3.0 130k I've had a code 299A DME:Can fault management EGS come on today. I did erase the code but if anyone has had this code what did you do to keep it from happening again. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi. Google seems to suggest this is related to an auto box? Possibly not getting a good signal to the DME. So check the connections under the car on the gearbox.
It also says it may be due to a low battery
