Many thanks to everyone who’s confirmed they’re coming, we’re all looking forward to see you on the day for a fun though safe cruise. Please remember it is likely to be colder & wetter than summer time, so exercise restraint and drive responsibly.

though in summary
o We reserve the right to halt or discontinue the cruise if anyone is driving like a complete Muppet
o Observe all residential speed limits 100%
o JUNCTIONS - please try to make sure there’s at least TWO people behind you before you make the turn – if you can’t see anyone behind you, please WAIT as this will greatly stop people from getting lost
If in doubt, don’t rush to overtake… the front person will do their very best to make sure we all stay together
Give your Zed brothers & sister lots of room on an overtake just in case they have to take evasive action
We will wait / pull over where possible/safe if it is clear we have become badly fragmented
Last car please keep your headlights on… then the front person knows we’re all together
o If we have to pull over & stop, when starting off again the last car should pull out first to block the road – please then pull out so we can all pull off together
Stop 1 - Battle (In big car park where there are toilets) Possible Jet Fuel break
Lunch - Swann a-la-carte dining with:
• a big & well surfaced car park free of mud & pot holes
• part of the Swann exclusive a-la-carte dining chain (1 of only four in the country http://www.loveswan.co.uk/chapeldown/
• a dedicated room with one large square Captain’s table
• starters & main course ‘Feast’ (two courses) – many different dishes placed into the middle for all to share for £19.50 per person
• I have negotiated some complementary bottled still & sparkling water depending on numbers
• Please buy ALL other drinks at the bar
• Service charge 12.5%
• Room holds a MAXIMUM of 20 people, so reserving on a first come first served basis of who wants to attend
