28i jerky in sport mode

I apologise if this has been asked before.
Has anyone else experience jerky/hopping in 1st gear round town and sometimes between 1st to 2nd gear in sport mode. Not always but sometimes. Comfort mode no problems. It just feels like I'm 17 again learning to drive lol. :driving:
Just be nice to know if this is the norm or it's me :headbang:

yep, need to be careful if you put it into Sport mode while in traffic - would be very easy to accelerate into the back of someone
 
Same here. Only a little bit embarrassing to hop...

Still, it really cheered me up this PM when a couple of young lads went to their parents 'look at that car. that BM's pretty cool isn't it mum? In fact that car is awesome!'
 
Yes this sounds pretty normal. Whist on the subject has anybody noticed a clunk when putting the car into drive or reverse in an auto? Mine only seems to do if every so often, never had an auto before so don't know if this is normal?
