Wow, very good work on the tidy up of that damage!

Given wheels just deteriorate with age/mileage no matter what you seem to do, they'll never be 'perfect' for long... so that doesn't look so bad at all (I'd never care and I'm a bit of a picky person) given you got £50 back too.
 
Well I know I keep going on about these tyres... but day after day I notice how the ride has improved so much. A ride back home today and hit a piece of missing tarmac, about 1cm deep. A bit I've hit a few times and have regularly then swerved out of the way in future due to the thump it makes. Hit it today, just felt like an imperfection.

Always nice to get away from a crappy tyre to something capable.

I just read the Evo tyre review for this year and the Goodyear Asymmetric 2 won overall. Yippeee. They didn't have the Super Sports in the test though which is a shame.

As if these tyres weren't good enough, Michelin have just called to tell me I qualify for a £75 fuel voucher too... love it.
