2020 built Z4m40i... considering mods... but worried about resale/trade in main dealer issues?

Anyone else been on the fence about moding their car?

Its a 20 plate & a great car, but am desperate for it to sound a little more aggressive (standard exhaust mod, not replacement). Also considering a maping tweak to unleash a little more.

Do these things affect its resale back into the main dealer network/ put off private buyers?

I know you have to be careful with engine and exhaust mods due to the PPF/GPF.
Pre 2018 B58 engined cars (without the PPF) could be fitted with BMW's own MPPSK, which was a cat-back valved exhaust and a re-map to 360bhp and 600nm. Obviously BMW warranty friendly and 'approved'.
God they sound good without being 'chavtastic'.

To get anything which will be 'BMW/ used friendly' on a G29 I only know of AC Schnitzer upgrades which are, frankly, ridiculous money.
