2016 z4 pros cons s28i s35i

First at 16yrs -- 1958 MGA
Owned several BMWs - all motorcycles
Looking at 2016 Z4 a s28i & a s35i, not that much of a hot rodder but everyone loves power.
Reliability & Resale are important.

No contest a 2016 28i will be a much more reliable E89 than a 35i…end off

The 35i has many endemic issues depending on age and spec..

Some people are lucky and have very few issues, most have some, a few get the full house.

As to resale value I’m not sure how that will work out…35i prices could either go up based on top dog theory or go down based on their problematic history..
