I don't know if the manifold can take 15psi. Easy to check though with a leakdown tester on the TB.
As for torque potential of the m54: it runs ok with 465Nm, so there is room for the stock vortech kit to tune (the stock kit does 372Nm I believe?).
Also the driveline runs fine with it.
How much torque makes your vortech @9psi btw?
