2015 Palmer Sports Day

Got my first ever race / track event tomorrow courtesy of work (customer meeting event)

Driving the M4 GTP, Formula 3000, Aerial Atom and one other, I cant remember which, possibly the Caterham.

Any things I should bear in mind / suggestions (please note customer will be present so nothing silly will be happening :D )
 
Not done the palmer one, but where I went there was opportunity to drive many more cars for not a lot more money.

I've done a couple of these, fabulous! just enjoy your day out and listen very carefully to the instructor, in my experience they really know what they're doing and want you to do as well as you can
 
I did one, the instructor I had was very good. The important part is looking far ahead and when he sees you are aware, he will let you push the limits.
 
Been to several full day Palmer events with work, at over a £1k a day it's something to try and do as it's a very slick operation with some fabulous cars

I last went a few years back, I had lewis Hamilton's brother as my instructor in the clio cup.
 
that will be a good day out I have always fancied a day out there

I reckon you should definitely wear your special suit you showed us all ages ago you will look the business in that very
professional :thumbsup:

Try to keep your mouth closed when your in the atom and caterham because flies don't taste too good

I passed on the Formula 3000 after spinning every car except the M4 and taking out one of their signs (backwards) in the Jag..
Went for a hot lap with the instructor instead which was good fun.

Im not going to post the embarrassing video of me in the Atom though! (well 2nd atom, my first one had acceleration total failure!!)
 
Bit late to this party but I would have suggested a change of underwear. Or 5 changes in your case Bluestreak!!
