High miles but it's probably fine with plenty of life left in it, people get too hung up with mileage with these cars but they are tough and engineered well, they can take it :driving:

+1 As long as it's been regularly serviced, and not maintained with parts sourced from a back alley in China...

but i'd not want it

It's priced at the bottom end of the E46 M3 price range, so nor me if I was spending that kind of money! But I'd still rather pay less for a well maintained higher mile car, than pay a premium for something that's been sat on a driveway...
