You need to give more detail....do the latches unlatch and the windows drop?.....can you hear the roof motor running at all?....what colour is the light on the roof button on the centre console?
It could be something as simple as the rear shelf in the boot being in the upper position (or a duff microswitch that is pressed as a result), or it could be broken wiring to the latch motors in the roof lining. Most likely though is that the ‘bucket’ the roof motor sits in is full of water and the roof motor will be a big rusty lump. Are you aware of the drain bungs that must be kept clear?
Finally, where are you based? There are several ‘specialist’ forum members on here that can fix it for you and relocate the motor to the boot area for circa £100.
