FOR SALE
2008 BMW Z4 2.0i Sport Roadster 37,000 miles
Registered March 08. MOT Due Oct 16
Private Plate not included
I've owned this car since Oct 2013 (mileage 25,860) and have decided now is the time for a change.
A bit spur of the minute (seen a potential replacement) – there is an advisory from the last MOT for ‘slight play in suspension arm pin/bush.
I had best intentions to get it remedied in the last few weeks, however I haven’t got time now.
I thought I would offer for sale here priced accordingly, or will trade in in a couple of weeks
During my ownership it has never let me down and is in excellent condition.
It has been well looked after. Cleaned/polished regularly (including the engine bay), defensively parked, dodged pot holes, cleaned off bird dirt immediately etc.
It runs and drives smoothly with no warning lights on the dash. Black M Sport half leather heated seats in good condition with a little minor age related wear on drivers bolster
The tool kit, warning triangle, first aid kit, and original documents/books are all present. There are two keys.
I have fitted a Gaptech RCH+ and will leave this installed for a forum buyer. (It was bought by me off another forum member)
Bee sting aerial fitted – I still have the whippy and will include in the sale
Work I have done or had done while I've had the car

Heavy duty fitted car mats
Front and rear fogs

Alarm.
Electrically operated folding roof.
Electric windows.
Remote central locking and remote boot release.
Air conditioning.
Business Radio/CD player.
AUX fitting
Driver, passenger, and side airbags.
The car has been de-badged.
Bodywork/paintwork is in very good condition and is straight without parking dings.
However, there is a small area of lacquer peel (about size of a 2 pence piece) and slight gravel rash on the front bumper and a very light scuff on the nearside rear wheel arch. (Which was there when I bought it – difficult to see)
The roof motor has not been replaced to my knowledge, however in my ownership I have checked the roof drains twice a year. The motor operates strongly and smoothly opens/closes the roof in 7-8 secs
Alloy wheels are generally in good condition (particularly rears), the fronts have some blistering on the inside (behind spokes). They look ok from several feet away but would benefit from a refurb
The top filament of the rear screen heater has a break in it. I’ve tried to repair with a very small dab of conductive paint, to no avail. I will try again now the weather is drier. The rest of the screen elements are ok and the whole screen clears (including above the top element – just takes a few minutes longer)
A few pics attached and are what I already had available – I can assure you nothing has changed and I can send up to date ones if required
I’ve been as honest as possible – I couldn’t sell on to anyone if I knew something wasn’t right
Sorry, no test drives without valid insurance and licence
