I've loved every minute of Z ownership and it's been my pride and joy but will soon be requiring something with more seats! Its going to be a tough act to follow.

Roof motor has been relocated to the boot (was in perfect condition but preventative). Near new Eagle F1s and hunter 4 wheel alignment, recent replacement of bushes - were ok but tiny amounts of play. New fog lights fitted due to common condensation.

Wheels refurbished 2 years ago, no dents, some very light minor marks and couple of stone chips condusive with age.HPI clear.

I've checked with my local BMW main dealer and this car is not affected by the recently announced safety recall.

Car is located just south of Salisbury.

Only changes are ZHP gear nob and stubby (whippy included!)

I have taken some up to date photos today, available at this link: https://photos.app.goo.gl/3JmIjFgeAi0peoi03

So that's a 3.0Si SE but with pretty much all the Sport specs??

Almost identical spec to my car. Nice low mileage, all the right options. I don't think I would be coming down much from £7,950 at all.

Yes that's right, it was a late demonstrator and had all the boxes ticked. Thanks for your feedback, cazana (as suggested in a recent post) has it at £9425 and autotrader £7500 private so was thinking of pitching around £8.5k mark ono

This is basically a sales advert - please give an asking price (moved to Buy and Sell section)

Apologies - often see things with not much info so wanted to be thorough :) Thanks for moving.

Lovely looking Si with rare caramel interior 8)
It may be on logbook as Se but that's a Sport spec car .
Should make new owner very happy indeed & as mentioned around £8k should be your target

You're welcome - now you need to add that asking price to the advert please.

Lovely looking zed there with Probably the rarest interior and a nice 205 gti to boot. I'm guessing it's a 1.6 gti from the wheels, had a good few of them myself over the years, both 1.6s and 1.9s and only sold my last one that Id had for well over a decade just about a year ago. Yours does look in good shape and the way prices have gone nuts it's probably worth more than your zed! Crazy!
I see you've tried to blank out the reg numbers on the pics. I don't know if you know put you missed the blanking on one of the photos.
I like to blank my plate out on Internet photos (old school I guess) but when it comes to sale time I leave the reg in the photo. Otherwise folks might think you're trying to hide something and stop them doing some basic checks on cat c/d mot history etc. To be honest and without putting to fine a point on it, if someone did clone your plates by the time anything came of it it's likely to be the new owners problem anyway.
Good luck with the sale

Thanks, and good point on the reg plate. As you say though it's good for people to be able to run the necessary checks and don't want to appear to have anything to hide. The 205 is indeed a 1.6 and been my project for the last 4 years, it's coming together nicely now and you're probably not far off on the prices. They really have gone nuts! I'm not complaining though, it's reassuring knowing what I've put into it! Sorry to hear you sold yours, I occasionally think about it but just can't bring myself to do it. Puts a good smile on my face everytime I drive it!

Exactly, nothing on the advert says SE to me. Best way to confirm is to enter the VIN into a decoder though.

Thank you for the interest and input. Car sold today, sad to see it go but hope the new owners enjoy it as much as I have. Hopefully I will be back in a Z in future
