2007 Z4M Coupe - 54k - Grey - £15,950

Good luck with the sale. Look forward to the pics sounds like a beauty

Sounds lovely.

Not sure anyone would spend £16k on a car without driving it first though. I certainly wouldn't.

I look forward to the pics

Agree with the above, typically test drives are allowed, provided the viewer has purchased temporary comprehensive insurance cover.

Personally, I'd allow test drives, but would want to drive for the first 5 miles or so, with the viewer in the car to ensure the engine is fully warm before letting them loose in it. That way, I don't have to worry that they'll strain the engine before it is warm and also, they get to hear/ experience the car's characteristics when the engine is cold.

Either way, good luck with the sale, an ambitious price, but I'm sure it's merely a reflection of the condition of the car.

This does appear to be the only forum where within a few posts people claim over pricing rather than letting supply & demand determine requirements.

GLWTS, but you need to let test drives, just not test pilots!

Yep certain people always feel the need to state their opinion on price!

It's stupid really as they are probably slightly driving the price of the cars down even though they often own one themselves.

people pay what they are comfortable with. Comments may affect speed of sale but are unlikely to set prices.

I have often thought the same, Always found it a bit strange.

I think the price thing could be down to forum rules which state you're not "technically" allowed to comment on a for sale item unless you're giving an opinion on price.

Either way. Nice car.

Shame I'm not in the market for a new car until next year. Oh and this example has a funny roof. Apparently they call the funny version a "coupe" 8-)
