I'm changing my '07 320d SE for a 335xd F31 - i've a trade in agreed and delivery is at the end of March,
But a quick post here to see if anyone is interested in a private buy?

It is EDIT SPARKLING GRAPHITE, 53500 miles on the clock, 6sp manual, 3 owners (we bought it with one previous owner, my wife was 2nd and i'm the third) - full book of receipts and indi services - front and rear brake disks and pads replaced late December '13. Never given us any issues & it is well looked after - but we need an Auto due to my wife's illness.

Grey cloth interior with front half alcantara fabric sports seats, Professional CD/Radio and alpine speaker / amp upgrade (at the moment), Parrot CK3000 evo bluetooth hands free kit.

It is the 163hp M47 engine (pre DPF / pre timing chain issues motor) with an ecotune map and egr delete to 202hp. Wheels are 194 style 17" alloys - I could also do a deal on a full set of style 157 alloys with 225/45/17 Dunlop wintersport D (non RF) winter tyres and a set of brand new chains - they won't fit my over the brakes of my new F31

Looking for £8200 ONO - check here for valuation - http://www.carbuyingadvisor.co.uk/free-car-valuation - Rego is currently S30GMG and will be going back to TN07DYB

I'll get some photos sorted in the nect couple of days - i need to get a chance to wash it!

Edit - MOT until 9th August '14, EGR and main thermostat changed for BMW replacements mid 2013.

Nice looking car.

Why did you change the ownership in your name from your wife's as that would only add to the keeper numbers?

Thanks. :)
we swithered whether we had to - but decided it made life easier from an insurance perspective - you know the question “are you owner / registered keeper”?

I sold my e46 estate and bought a manual Z and we kept my wife’s e91 as we needed an estate between ourselves & hers was newer, then my wife fell ill and couldn't drive the Z when i needed to borrow her estate (which was frequently as i race bikes). So we sold the Z, bought her an auto 1 series and as her e89 was going to be my main car and my wife may not have been allowed by the DVLA to drive a manual as she has chemo induced peripheral neuropathy in her feet. She cant feel the clutch bite point and she lost her hearing, so can’t hear the engine revving  ’l, we thought it cleaner to changer the name of the owner - (it turned out the DVLA didn’t impose any restrictions, but she prefers the auto now) and she is on the mend

Good news - did not want to pry of course, but for us it is just a case of "put that car in your name, I will have this one" type of logic and the insurance never asked as they see husband and wife as a single risk anyway if you are both on the insurance for a car.

That's a lovely looking car.

It's making my fight to keep a 2 seater very difficult!

Any interior photos please?

yes, sure i’ll get some - these exterior ones were really just a flavour using my iPhone & the weather wasn’t really favourable if you can it wait till the w/e hopefully i’ll get a dry day to take some with a proper camera. It is getting dark & the forecast for the next couple of days is poor, & i’d like to give it a quick hoover & dust.

These are the winter wheels on the car at the moment - 7mm tread or there abouts on them - they were new in Nov13 and prob have 2-3K on them
