I have owned the car since February 2022 and since then have driven it less than 3000 miles as it has been a weekend car.
As well as having a full service history the following key components have been replaced -
- Water pump 64k miles
F & R Discs & Pads @ 70k mikes
Handbrake shoes @ 75k miles
Oil cooler gasket @ 75k miles
Front shocks, springs and bump stops @77k miles
Front drop links and lower arms @ 85k miles.
I bought the car with 88k miles and have since undertaken the following work -
- MAF sensor @ 88k miles
Rocker cover gasket @ 89k miles
Rear brake pipes @ 90k miles
Expansion tank @ 91k miles.
When I had the rear brake pipes renewed I also had the underside of the car treated with Lanoguard rust protection. As you will see the last mot was a clean pass without any advisories. It has Pirelli P Zero tyres all round fitted to the Z4M 224 staggered alloy wheels. The seats are both electric and heated with memory function to the drivers side. The windscreen is the original and has the optional green sun strip to the top. When I bought the car I fitted genuine BMW mats. It comes with both keys and the valet key. All handbooks are present in the original BMW leather wallet and I have receipts for all parts and servicing going back to 2015.
The service book is stamped at 17k, 38k, 57k, 71k, 80k and 90k with brake fluid changes in 2008, 2013, 2018, 2020 and 2023.
The suspension is the standard sport set up and the exhaust is also standard without any modifications.
This car is now 17 years old and I do believe it is one of the better cars out there and the paintwork is unmarked. I am only selling the car as I fancy something different. It lives in a dry garage and is kept on charge with a CTEK battery optimiser.
