2006 E85 battery issues

hey folks. first post here, definitively not a car guy. hope ya'll can help out! so, battery died and we jumped it. Now the sound system is working, but the speedometer, the tachymeter, blinkers, and convertible roof are not working. My understanding, admittedly limited, is that I need to just do a simple battery reset - disconnect it, leave it for 10 minutes, and reconnect it. Does anyone have any other advice? Thanks so much in advance!

Get the battery checked to see if it's holding a charge and how much it's getting from the alternator.

If it's still the original battery it will probably need to be replaced.

After that get the codes read to see what's coming up.
