2005 Z4 - roof not opening

Hi - my roof stops about a quarter of the way when I attempt to use the button that opens it. I've tried looking at the solutions and can't really work out what's causing mine.

Anyone know a guy in the Epsom, Surrey area? Miss my roof!
 
I'm sure Ross will be nearest to you.

He has been looking after both my BMWs since he set RBM Hampshire up in 2019 after 15 years at Sytner and has been working on these cars since they were new, so if you need anything else done he could do that too. You may need to book a bit further ahead if you want one of his loan cars.

I've been very happy with the work and his prices!

Well I figure a recommendation is always helpful when it's a business you don't know about, and Ross was reviving and relocating roof motors long before he opened RBM.

I know one forum member used to drive to RBM from Essex when his Z4 needed attention!
 
Yeah definitely needed a good recommendation as hard to find a good BMW z4 specialist. Some very unique issues ha.
