Spotted this on my travels today. I hope the owner doesn't mind me posting it on here if he or she's a member.
Looked pretty tidy to me except perhaps the headlights looked a bit foggy and the wheels could probably do with a bit of a refurb.
Only other info is on the sheet of A4 stuck to the window.
Location is Devil's Bridge, West Wales (about 10 miles inland from Aberystwyth).
