2005 BMW z4 2.5i

So I just bought this 2005 with 82k on dash. The convertible top won’t go down I replaced motor, the trunk doesn’t open off key fob or inside switch, the third brake light doesn’t turn on (replaced and still doesn’t work) and the doors and trunk indicator on dash shows open when closed while driving. Everything else works windows go down, front locking system releases, radio plays and all headlights/brake lights work.

I have checked and replaced all fuses. Please help I don’t want to get a not so happy ending from a bmw shop lol.
 
Welcome. Bit late but those are things you should have checked prior to handing over precious beer tokens. Private sale I take it?

My advice is have a good Indy look at it in the new year rather than replacing parts without a diagnosis.
