2004 Z4 2.5 SE Headlight Upgrade

I Have a problem with condensation in my headlights (they were replaced under warranty last year and now I have the same issues again) I am aware that you can buy new seals but as mine are the orange headlamp set, I was considering upgrading to the E86 Look,has anyone got any advice on which aftermarket headlight look OEM or how easy it is to swap them over (Halagon to Halagon)

Be worth taking the rear covers off, hot air drying the insides and fitting new rear covers. Strange for the covers to leak if headlights already replaced under warranty but might have been fitted incorrectly.

WOW thats bad, do what Lee said first. BTW there is no difference between E85 or E86 lights just the clear hockeys and if Xenons or Halagon, i kept my E85 light and de-ginged them, then fitted a HID kit after for Xenon dipped beems as didnt want aftermarket ones, there is only one set ive seen that looks ok but i have no link.

Hasn't Bradmarsh (project marmite) just bought some from USA?

Thanks guys,really appriciate it,this afternoon I dryed them out and I've replaced the seals and fitted them correctly,hard to tell if they were correct in the first place,if it fails now I'll try the new seals method....

How did you replace the hockey sticks?,are replacements still available?,it really does take years off the front end with the E86 headlamps fitted....
