BMW Z4 2.2I SE in SILVER for Sale
Decided to sell my Z4 - Due to work commitments, the thing is hardly getting used.
The car is a 2004 2.2 SE, it is sitting with 43000 miles on the clock and the service indicator saying it’s not due a visit to the dealer for another 12000 miles.
Car comes with a full BMW main dealer service history, book stamped and all receipts. All MOT’s etc are there along with all the paperwork/manuals that the car came with when new.
I have never had a problem with the car, the insurance in cheap (£166/year) and it’s good on the fuel. Very smooth and quiet motor.
The wheels were blasted and powder coated earlier in the year in shadow chrome along with new wheel centres.
I’m a mature owner and car enthusiast - as a result the car has never been hashed or abused. Along with the Z4 - there’s a couple of classic motors sitting in the garage of which I have owned for over 12 years (1985 Porsche 911 and a 1990 205 GTi). Three car’s sitting doing next to nothing is pushing things a bit much I reckon.
Car is available for any inspection, was bought for cash meaning there’s no finance etc on it.
I live approx 20 minutes from Edinburgh Airport.
I’m looking for £6200 for the car. My mobile number is (07710) 422270, please note mobiles are banned at my work but leave a message and I will get back to you.
Cheers

The 911 is a keeper I'm afraid.
Despite being hard work - the way it spits out flames on the over-ride always brings a smile.
I'm just about to pull the engine out of it due to a broken head stud,
reckon it'll keep me busy through the winter.
Must be a rare thing today - a car thats easy to work on!!!
Here's a picture of it:-

As for the z4 - I've never really had a problem with it.
Last winter when it was off the road I replaced all the brake pipes and flexis after an advisery in its mot - why do BMW still use steel pipes - £20 for a roll of copper brake piping - job done and it will never need replacing again.
Easy job to do once it's up in the air on the lift.
