2003 Z4 Top Lights Blinking/Passenger Seat/Coolant Pressure Level Sensor

Recently purchased 2003 Z4 2.5i and top doesn’t work but the center console top lights are constantly blinking when car is running and driving.

A second issue: passenger seat will not recline or rise despite fact I can clearly hear the power seat motor running. Seat will adjust forward and backward.

Third: Coolant Pressure Level sensor light continues to come on and off while driving and some times just starting car.

Any advice suggestions?

Thanks did that no leaks hoses good
Possibly an air lock?
Try raising the front of the car and bleeding it like that to see if you can clear it.
Failing that, the sensor fits in the bottom of the expansion tank. It's a simple twist and pull removal and no water can escape when you do it. They're pretty cheap to swap out.
The float at the top that gives you a visual indication is not linked to the low level sensor in any way, just for reference.

Do the roof lights still flash if you press the close button again? Wondering if it is actually locked down?
You can manually lock it by removing the centre panel above the rear view mirror and using an allen key to turn the lock mechanism.
However it sounds as though a visit to one of the members who fixes roof issues is looming for you.
Whereabouts are you so we can point you in the right direction?

As for the seat? I know Bigwinn has recently had a set of these part for a refurb, so he may be able to advise on this.

Yes the roof lights continue to blink even after pressing close button.

I am in Laredo Texas.

I will do as suggested on coolant pressure level sensor and let you know the result

Ah, not really close enough to help then.
Well I hope you get it sorted.
If not, let us know where you've got to and we can try again.

With the roof issue, can you hear the front latching motor run when you press open or close?
Just wondering if your problem is there at the front?
As I said before, you could try removing that centre access panel, unlocking the latches with a hex key, then see if the motor in the trunk operates.
