It started with my clock randomly resetting (becoming more often), then my radio volume knob stopped working, then the AC stopped working, now it'll randomly surge with my headlights turning off for a sec, dashboard lights turning on for a second, afterwards driving fine. I just wanna know if ya'll have dealt with this and if it's a belt issue, alternator issue, or battery issue.
Update: Forgot that when I turn on my headlights, I hear a rattling sound towards the front right of my car.
