Hi folks,
Have a 2003 Z4 E85 with the business stereo, multi cd-changer, and DSP.
I currently have an FM transmitter which connects to the iPod as it is a second car, but living in an urban area this can have interference issues.
I've been considering an upgrade so that it connects via Bluetooth to my iPod and came across a recommended eBay adaptor for £50 but this was ruled out because of the DSP. Then looked at the Grom BT3 adaptor, but this requires a seperate DSP adaptor which is £70 extra on top of the £120ish of the original stereo.
Therefore it would seem a more sensible way forward is to get a completely new stereo head unit, plus fascia adaptor. Are there any recommended stereos that would fit in with the DSP? Not bothered about losing the CD multichanger.
