Hello guys ! I am a newbie to the z4 cars but i would like to ask you guys if you know whats the problem with this car. It wont start . But the electronics work .
 
Could be a range of things but possibly the starter motor. Try a bump start- if it goes then it’s defo the starter motor.
 
Hi. That’s a fairly vague description tbh. What happens when you turn the key? Nothing? Just a click? Turns but won’t fire?
 
Hey guys!! I appreciate you all for checking in and having the time to reply. I have managed to start the car and it runs now but I feel like it has misfiring issue. I have changed the spark plugs, the seals and the oil and filter. However, I have noticed that the gas gauge is not working and it stays on the "low" level. Would it be the fuel filter being clogged? would that be the reason why the gauge is reading low?
 
I am not 100% sure if the fuel reaches all the places or parts it should reach. I have refueled the car just two days ago because the gauge says its low , and for some reason I was just able to put in 16$ worth of gas into the tank (the "low level" light still lit) so I was assuming it could just be the gauge sensor not working no more or the fuel filter . So yeah, I did put gas into the tank. :( :|
 
True thank you guys for the replies . I keep you guys posted. At first I was thinking it probably is the spark plugs but changed it with new seal. and new oil and filter. But then when I put gas into the car the fuel gauge did not change so I was like, the gauge is not working.. and it might be the clogged fuel filter.
 
Hey guys! it is me again from the 808 island! I have ordered the fuel filter assembly unit with the new fuel pump module assembly unit with the sending unit but the gauge is still on the "LOW" level and it is not going up where it supposed to be. I don't know what to do from this point.

I have attached the photos from this DIY. and also the links to the items I have purchased. Do ya'll think its the sending unit that is faulty?
I ordered the fuel filter from autohausaz.com and the sending unit from Amazon.
