20" wheels

Hi,

Has anybody fitted 20" wheels on their Z4? I couldn't find any Z4 pic with 20" rims. I was thinking to get the Breyton Race GT, what do you guys/gals think?

I believe P diddy has... shortly before 'ghost riding his whip' into a tree

On a more serious note, the Alpina roadster S had 19" alpina wheels fitted and can't help but think that it will be very difficult to buy tyres with low enough profile to make 20"'s work. You will also need a big brake conversion otherwise it will look rubbish. Harsh ride quality, handling and tramlining are also to be expected.

I agree - ride is hard enough with 18"'s

Wow IIRC they are expensive wheels, they'll be a lot with 20" tyres too. As with the others, personally I'd probably settle for 18s or 19s.

I agree, 19's are the limit i reckon. I take it this is the look your are trying to achieve then ?

I have the 19" M6 wheels and there is VERY SLIGHT rubbing in the wheel wells. I can't tell when I'm driving, but you can notice minor damage to the black plastic wheel liner if you look really closely when the wheels are fully turned.

I would love to go with 20" wheels but it's just not in the cards for me.
