Those are M tyre sizes, so they'll be normal I would have thought.

They are lower profile than M tyres, should be 40 rear, 45 front

What's the price for the correct profile M tyres? And anyone in Newcastle a Costco member? :poke:

They're non-M sizes (M sizes are 225/45 and 255/40) :poke:

The 20% off applies to any tyre in the UK Michelin range that Costco have on their computer - so everything from Primacy to PS Cup.

Whoops! I retract my statement! I must be getting confused with my previous 3.0si tyre sizes.

I enquired about the 20% offer at the weekend. I was quoted a similar price as stated above for non run-flats. However I was told they would not fit them on a standard Z rim as they were designed for run flats and it would be dangerous to fit non run flat tyres onto them.

Obviously there was no explanation as to why it was dangerous (because it isn't!) but it appears to be the line Costco take with fitting non run-flats on cars that were fitted with run flats as standard...

Do they stock super sports?
They don't stock them, but they can order them in and will get them about 3 days later.

For comparison, Camskill are showing 225/40r19 at £253 each (in stock), and 265/35r19 at £340 each (no stock). Then you've got to add £10 delivery and whatever it would cost to get them fitted locally.

Sorry! yes that price was for non rft and I too was told the same thing but just mentioned how awful the rft are and that all the motor mags slated them, he just told me to bring my car in on Monday when the offer starts.
But today I placed a order for a set of Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 2s, which won the best top ten sports tyre award 2011,beating PS3s/Potenzas and Conti's by stopping 3m shorter in the wet and 2m shorter in the dry also having quicker lap times in both conditions and at £570 a set (lovetyres.com) they're a steal

£670... Paid much less than that when they had the offer on in Lakeside Costco 3 months ago. Michilins have been fab, especially in this weather, might get slightly better performance out of the Goodyears, but haven't had a single ASBO issue with them whatsoever...
