Just had a blatt around the Bowland fells & Ribble Valley with forum friend Taz , damp & drizzly but didn't spoil the run , still got to hear the noise
Headed back via The Boatyard M65 for brew & a natter http://www.boatyardinn.co.uk/
this place would make a good future venue for a breakfast meet with a drive out first for anyone interested

There's always room for some tasteful motoring exotica , the sound of your Lotus pulling out of Dunsop Bridge would be memorable i'm sure for anyone sat outside the cafe

I was just thinking the same - roadsters get under the skin quite quickly and then driving around in a sardine tin is never quite as satisfying
