2 tone leather seats?

Dont know about the two tone,,,

Just wondered how your search was going?

No luck as yet :( I've only managed to get out look at one so far, as I'm carless at the mo.

The one I went to see on Sat was HPI clear and looked reallly clean but I could tell it had been in a crash. New wing, new headlamp, new door (or had been painted, as I found a tiny piece of overspray) and probably a new bumper aswell.

I'm being pretty fussy about the spec and colour, so many of them for sale are falling short of what I want.

I've seen this one on the trader http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-u...MW&model=Z4&min_pr=&max_pr=16000&max_mileage= and was meant to go and see it on Saturday, but didn't have the time in the end.....

In my search across the net looking for a Z4, I've come across this one on pistonheads http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/373955.htm

As far as I know there wasn't a two tone interior option avalible in the UK?

Now I'm not interested in buying the car, just curious as to the answer.
I've definitely seen other 2 tone seats before.
Isn't "individual" special order available in the UK?

Maybe. It's the only one I've ever seen and just doesn't look right to me.

That could be a BMW individual option. Was certainly available in that era, however it's strange that it's an almost standard 3.0iSE when the idea of individual is to do lots of things with the standard

I'd be tempted to say some sort of retrofit or even part recovered seats.

As someone who has just fitted a red leather interior to a similar car this effect does not do it for me.

Full red leather looks great, the 2 tone on that car just looks like an after thought. Maybe if the door cards were also red it might look better.

I'm trying to remember if I've ever seen the standard seats with that pattern, the M Sport seats come in those colours but I can't remember if the standard seats do, you can't get them on the current configurator.

I had a 57 plate 3.0 SI Roadster with two tone leather (black and grey) as a loan ca while my Z4M was PDId. Seen quite a few

I had katzkin custom 2 tone seat covers in a previous car.
I am not sure if they make them for the Z4 but if they do then your choices of color combinations are endless.
The quality is also very good.
