2.5 to a 3.0 ?

Hello Guys - my 2.5 Z4 is about to loose its CPO warranty so I was thinking about replacing it in a couple of months.

I just wondered what are peoples thoughts about replacing it for the 3.0 version ? I have never driven one so cannot comment on the acceleration diference but is it worth it ?
