2.0i oil filter leak

Hi, following a recent oil service I have noticed an oil leak from the filter housing, I have replaced the seal again but still it weeps oil. (makes me weep too). No gunge on filler cap as camcover cleaned out by local BMW indie' garage. Are these things prone to crankcase pressure. Any ideas please
