2.0i any good?

Sounds like you are still trying to decide exactly what you want OP! :?

FWIW I don't think you would find a 2.0 litre particularly exciting after your Clio - it would probably only suit you if your change was all about having a convertible!

I had a 123d (so plenty of torque) before I got my first Z4, but was pleasantly surprised by how much low-down grunt the 3.0Si has - and it revs to 7,000, so not much less than your Clio!

Before I bought a Z4 I sort of wondered about a 335i Coupe, but IIRC the 0 to 62 time quoted by BMW is only 0.2 slower for a Z4C - and earlier 335is are in the £500 a year tax band (unlike 330is and Z4 3.0Sis). :o

Hope you find something that fits the bill soon. (And if it is a Z4 don't forget to post photos)!

Appreciate all the advice fellas, with regards to decisions on a new BMW, it's between zeds and a 335i at the moment. If I get the 335i hopefully can stay in this community lol
