2.0 Hunter Alignment

Well seeming as I am now keeping the ol' four pot I am going to drop her off the RFT's onto some Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2's.

I am also debating getting a hunter alignment done at the same time for peace of mind that she is handling perfectly.

Is there any alignment setup worth asking to be put on it if I do, or just run with the standard 2.0 alignment setup that will probably be used if I took the car in?

Know I've seen a few people run non-standard alignment setups so just enquiring :)

I just went for OEM settings on my 2.0 SE, handles great, but I'll kep an eye on tyre wear, see how it goes. But then again, I 'aint looking to set any records re how fast I can go around a roundabout etc.
 
Hehe cheers, I just wanted to put a nice set of tyres on and get the handling as good as it could be. Will run OEM unless anyone else suggests otherwise then.
 
I asked a similar question a while ago. Generally OEM was the response exdos has played with his set up maybe drop him a PM
 
Not sure on any differences between our cars; mines a 3.0si; for sale if your interested :wink:

But...I had a four wheel alignment last year and dialled 1 degree off the rear camber. From memory standard is 3 degrees; and I set up with 2 degrees. The 3.0si is renowned for inside wear on the rears; and that setup makes sense for hard driving; but not the daily tootling around that I do with occasionally roundabout smiling!

So far the wear seems to be better; but that is just a visual check; I've not got the gauge out and looked in detail!
