What a place, and an incredible drive through wales to get there. Some photos to share. Great car, felt surprisingly at home on track on stock dampers (eibach springs), but something I will be looking at. CSL airbox/schrick cam combo finally mapped properly and just added to the whole thing, my god, the noise at 8k! and the car is fast :driving:

Have you tracked any car before?

You on stock breaks? Experience any fade?

Great pics, something i plan to do in the future.... So thanks for sharing!

Cheers all. The brakes are not stock, 6 pot front 4 pot rear brembos with paid rs-29 pads, so no fade. Done a few other tracks with different cars, but anglesey surely my new favourite. I suspect though that when wet it is an entirely different proposition, lots of grass run off!

I havent driven it myself but ive seen the consequences of a wet track at Anglesey. Despite the run off it can be very unforgiving. Ive heard most wet days end up with at least one totaled but i guess thats like a lot of tracks

Have seen a guy get airlifted on a dry day there, though that was suspected brake failure as there were absolutely no skid marks, he just went straight on at a hairpin, hit the tyre barrier and flipped over it landing upside down!

But yes, wouldn't fancy anglesy in the wet as i expect when it rains there, its proper rain, not just a light shower!
