19" frnot 20" rear wheels, anyone running staggered wheels?

Many front engined high performance cars now running staggered wheels, smaller fronts and larger wheels, for performance and aesthetic reasons. Anyone here tried it?

Most Z4 are factory equiped with a staggered setup.... although my PERSONAL OPINION is that the car does not need it performance wise, only for the astetics.
 
Lots running staggered width (j rating - e.g 8j front, 8.5j rear) but not heard of anyone running larger diameter rear wheels (19" and 20"). Might look a bit odd on a zed IMHO.
 
lotus Elise run different rim diameters (17" front, 18" rear) but not heard of this on a z4?
