Planning on using the Zed this winter, so after some tyres with or without wheels (I have some 18” rims I can already use, but happy to look at both tyres and wheel/tyre sets). 18”.

LMK if you have anything - based south so nothing really north of Birmingham :-)

As you already have some 18inch rims send for a set of these Riken winters 225 40 18 fronts

Ive been running a set of these since last Autumn on my daily driver ( all through summer too including 3 jaunts over the channel ) fantastic tyres in all weathers / temps .
Made under licence with Michelin , ive covered almost 7k on a fwd & virtually still full tread :o

Jeez, they’re a proper bargain. Thanks Mr W, great advice as always.

Genuinely i would run these on any Z , they really are great tyres & no way do they feel like cheap rubber ditchfinders the money may suggest .
I covered 250 miles through the night mid January on snow covered French autoroute , vehicles stranded all along but i just ploughed on 50-60mph never lost traction , my chum in passenger seat was relieved & impressed by equal measure :P
