124 point check on an Approved used Z4 - Roof motor?

Hi,
What sort of checks do BMW do when it comes to a Used Z4? Mine had a 124 point check...

I have a years AUC warranty, but roof failure is heavy on my mind as mine is a 03 reg and having looked at the records has not had the roof motor replaced.

Would BMW go as far as having a look at the roof motor?

I'm hoping the roof goes this year in all honesty so i can get a fresh motor in there. I assume when BMW replace the motor they seal it watertight to prevent the problem occuring again?

I can't imagine that they would do anything more than confirm that it is working considering how much time is involved in actually getting to the roof motor.
