Nice vid, surprised the Corvette did that well, also a bit disappointing from the 1M maybe?
 
Yep that was good..... not bad for a Datsun.... You'd be a bit upset if you had the 911 GT3 not that good a performance .
 
You're being a bit harsh on the little 1M ! It was massively underpowered against all but the Cayman R (which is quite a lot lighter) and the Evora S (which it beat !). 12.8 1/4 mile is pretty damn good for a £40k car.
 
Thats what i was about to say... the 1M's 12.8 second 1/4 miles is very good... i recon faster then a z4m :fuelfire:

The GT3 is the wrong 911 for that sort of comparison though - straight-line power isn't what the GT3 is about!

It would be very close.

Depending which weight figure you use from the autocar review of the 1M (there are 2 figures on one page! 1495kg and 1570kg), the 1M has 224 or 213 bhp/ton.

The Z4M Coupe has 229bhp/ton

Yes, but the Nissan GTR would probably be close against the GT3 in a track race! Great car and still on top of my most wanted list!

I though the 1M did well tbh!

Agree it'd be a close one: scalpal vs sledgehammer - love them both (was unsure on GTRs for a while) but I know what's at the top of my most-wanted list too!

It would indeed be close on a track, for a few laps anyway. The GTR would overheat eventually and the 911 would be at it all day long.
