10w60 oil ....

Petronas Syntium fully synthetic is on special this week at euro. I got some this morning, 5w-40 4ltr for £13.60+vat. That's trade, but worth a try even if you don't have an account? If it's good enough for AMG and McLaren...

That's a good price, but don't use it in an M 8)

Nope, which is why I posted the link for the 10w-60 stuff, which I presume is also on offer.

Castrol, which my local main dealer happily used today even though they have switched to Shell.

Took £60 off the price by supplying my own. That and they under charged me :lol:

Had an oil change kit from Opie oils last time, 2 cans of Gulf 10-60, filter and gaskets £72.
 
in South Africa, most of us S54 owners have switched from Castrol to Liquimoly RaceTech with Liquimoly Ceratec (anti friction additive). Helps bearings lol

I would go with the cheapest and then you can do an oil change more frequently -mine was done after only 1500 miles which i admit is rather OTT

No sorry that was last year and I wouldn't know how to do a link anyway, I cant get an android tv box up and running, computer type technology is not a strong point here.
