Hi guys/girls my 108 are in need of some TLC, does anybody know of any good wheel referb places in essex that can be recomended?

Try and visit some workshops and ask them to show you what they are doing to wheels. I did this yesterday and was impressed in the wheel place that I will be getting my wheels done there. Its in Basingstoke though so not good for you. £65 a wheel for everything. B eweary of companies that dont refurb the whole wheel or that charge extra to take tyres off etc

...and find someone who splits them and does a proper job

Then you need to decide if you're going for original look of polished and lacquer or a more durable but not as attractive powder coating.
